Refund policy

We value your satisfaction, but due to the nature of our products, refunds are only provided when:
- Your order arrives damaged, or

- OR itβs anΒ error on our part (e.g., we shipped the wrong product).
No refunds or returns will be provided for other reasons, such as a change of mind or choosing the wrong size or variant.

To qualify for a refund:
- The item must be defective, damaged during shipping, or result from our error.
- All requests must be submitted withinΒ 30 days of delivery.
- You must provide clearΒ photos of the item and packaging, along with your order number and a description of the issue.
Important: Do not install or hang any defective itemsβthis may void eligibility for a refund.
3.Β Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available for:
- Choosing the wrong size, variant, or simply changing your mind.
- Normal wear, misuse, or damage after delivery.
- Cosmetic issues like monitor color differences or minor variations.
4.Β Return Process
- Contact Customer Support within 30 days of delivery, with photos and order details.
- Weβll confirm the issue and, if approved, provide:
- A prepaid return shipping label (for items damaged or shipped incorrectly)
- Instructions on how to send the item back.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method withinΒ 10 business days.
- If more thanΒ 15 business days pass after approval without a refund, contact us again.
5.Β Restocking Fee (If Applicable)
If returning an item for reasons not due to our error (e.g., change of mind), a 10% restocking fee may apply. However, since such returns are generally not accepted, this clause is included for rare exceptions and is subject to our discretion.Β
