Refund policy

1. Scope & Philosophy

We value your satisfaction, but due to the nature of our products, refunds are only provided when:

  • Your order arrives damaged, or
  • AΒ shipping error occurs,
  • OR it’s anΒ error on our part (e.g., we shipped the wrong product).

No refunds or returns will be provided for other reasons, such as a change of mind or choosing the wrong size or variant.

2.Β Eligibility for Refund

To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be defective, damaged during shipping, or result from our error.
  • All requests must be submitted withinΒ 30 days of delivery.
  • You must provide clearΒ photos of the item and packaging, along with your order number and a description of the issue.

Important: Do not install or hang any defective itemsβ€”this may void eligibility for a refund.

3.Β Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available for:

  • Choosing the wrong size, variant, or simply changing your mind.
  • Normal wear, misuse, or damage after delivery.
  • Cosmetic issues like monitor color differences or minor variations.

4.Β Return Process

  • Contact Customer Support within 30 days of delivery, with photos and order details.
  • We’ll confirm the issue and, if approved, provide:
  • A prepaid return shipping label (for items damaged or shipped incorrectly)
  • Instructions on how to send the item back.
  • Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method withinΒ 10 business days.
  • If more thanΒ 15 business days pass after approval without a refund, contact us again.

5.Β Restocking Fee (If Applicable)

If returning an item for reasons not due to our error (e.g., change of mind), a 10% restocking fee may apply. However, since such returns are generally not accepted, this clause is included for rare exceptions and is subject to our discretion.Β
